Overview

At Freelance Pass, we are committed to delivering the highest standard of consultancy services to every client. We understand that circumstances can change, and this policy sets out clearly the conditions under which refunds may be considered.

Consultancy Service Fee

All packages include a professional consultancy service fee, which covers the time, expertise, and administrative work undertaken by the Freelance Pass team on your behalf. This fee is non-refundable once service delivery has commenced, including but not limited to document review, government submission, and application processing.

Government and Free Zone Charges

A portion of all fees paid relates to direct charges levied by the relevant UAE free zone authority or government body. These charges are paid directly to the authority upon application submission and are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, in accordance with the respective authority's policies.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

A partial or full refund of the Freelance Pass consultancy fee (excluding all government and free zone authority charges) may be considered in the following circumstances:

• The application has not yet been submitted to the free zone authority and the client requests cancellation in writing within 48 hours of payment
• The application is rejected by the free zone authority due to a reason that is solely attributable to Freelance Pass (and not due to incomplete, inaccurate, or non-compliant client-provided documentation)

Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refund will be issued in the following circumstances:

• The client provided inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent documentation
• The client fails to appear for required medical or biometric appointments
• The application is rejected due to the client's previous immigration or legal history
• The client changes their mind after application submission
• The client fails to respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe, causing delays or application failure
• Government or free zone authority fees have already been paid

Refund Process

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to info@freelancepass.com with their full name, contact number, application reference, and the reason for the refund request. All refund requests will be reviewed within 7 working days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days via the original payment method.
